Crédit Agricole CIB — Technical Lead for capital-markets workflows
From January 2022 to February 2025, I worked within Global Markets on tools used by sales and trading teams, with a strong regulated-document component.
Context
The scope connected business applications, internal services and compliance constraints. Users had to execute market workflows while producing and managing the documents attached to them.
Challenge
The ecosystem had to evolve without losing traceability expected from regulated processes. Alongside application development, infrastructure components also had to move to new servers with enough documentation for the teams taking ownership.
Technical contribution
- Technical reference for a documentation application and cross-team contact for surrounding services.
- Designed a .NET 8 REST API with JWT authentication and internal-service integration.
- Delivered document-management features for confidential client-facing spaces.
- Led migration of multiple IIS sites and a Windows service to new Windows Server virtual machines.
- Built Angular screens around ESG preferences and regulated-document generation.
- Ran code reviews and coached new team members.
Impact
The role covered the full technical lifecycle: API design, frontend delivery, infrastructure migration, documentation and handover to engineers inheriting the scope.
